Well in the end he messaged me back and said that actually he's not going to the con til Saturday so it doesn't have to get to him until Friday at the latest and that yeah turns out the money hadn't finished transferring from his bank to his paypal account.

So he was totally cool with it waiting til I get the money. Hopefully Mon/Tues. But I can breathe now. lol

Thanks everyone who commented though. I had already decided not to send it out at that point since the post office closed a while ago as is.
