Ok, so my site is back up. 50megs e-mailed me saying it was simply a system crash.

But I'm so not trusting them anyways. If a server has a crash of any type, I just can't trust it anymore. I lost several sites in the past from that.

So I'm going to move to Alyce's wonderful site at rosebride.com since she offered me a spot there. ^_^ And all I have to do is move everything instead of redoing all the html like I had feared.

Now I've got to decide on a url name. Becky and Jamie both went with an Utena name so I might continue that tradition. But at the same time, I just like using Lyn. Don't know yet. But yeah, the site will move there sometime soon.

Dah, that nearly killed me though when I thought it was all gone. Soooo don't want to have another scare like that.

for future reference, you can save html as a file. get the source code, copy it, put it in notepad and save it as .htm instead of .txt

that way you can have backups of that too
