My Dad is taking Rocky to the Vet.

...Rocky isn't going to come back.

Dad's going to ask them first if they should put him asleep first but I know that they are because its just too late for him.

I know he was going to die but the knowledge that I won't ever see him again hurts so much.

What made it worst is that Scout and Annabell were trying to play with him and got all excited when Dad got Rocky's leash. They don't even know their friend isn't coming back ever again.
