Time for yet another way-too-long con report full of photos and details that nobody really cares about but me. XD; This year there was NO snow so there were no delays in getting to the con and it was really nice being able to actually SEE the area around the Gaylord instead of just mountains of snow everywhere like last year. Sadly I totally failed to really get any photos in any of the nice areas. Oh well. There's always next year.

Sorry about the lack of response to entries and the lack of writing anything on here for a while. Katsucon really did consume my life for the last month and I really haven't had a chance to read anything anyone wrote over the con weekend.

Con report will be posted soon. Just waiting to get a few more photos from people first.

In the mean time, I decided to write my thoughts on all the mangas I've been reading lately considering quite some big plot things have happened in them. Some of these I read quite a while ago and just didn't have time to say anything. Cut each for spoilers and will put space in between each in case anyone wants to read one but not be spoiled on another.

Morbid curiosity got the best of me. I had to look. So I took a peek over at the raw of the first episode of the new season of Kuroshitsuji. 'Cause I just had to know even if I was dead afraid of it.

Ya know...the one where they keep advertising about this new master and butler that's been making everyone go "WTF IS THIS SHIT?!" And everyone I know has agreed they don't want to watch it. But I just couldn't keep my curiosity away. Wanted to know how bad it was...

So ya know, I might actually watch this thing. Because I'm curious. >> Even though I know I'm going to regret it.

So. Do I add a white train? I only just made the shirt long in the back but yeah...and man at least I was right to add a bow in the back but mine's a lot smaller.

Granted I think its just a tribute to the musical 'cause of the mics they're wearing so one could argue its just the mangaka drawing the musical version of the outfit since I know they made the white part pretty long for that version of it. Though I don't like the fabric they used for it. lol

Otakon was pretty damn awesome this year. Well...for me anyways. XP Not sure how it was for everyone else but personally I had nothing but good things happen and was never bored or disappointed.

Crappy photo but its pretty hard to take photos of one's self when wearing an eyepatch. ^^;

I don't really like the eyepatch I made. >> Ugh maybe I should just repair the bought one and wear that instead.

Oh and that top hat = vintage top hat, sadly do not know the date but I estimate probably somewhere around late 1890s and early 1900s.

Woah. Woah~!

I love this manga so freaking much. XP I think that chapter totally was what I needed to get my ass in gear on my Ciel costume.

As that chapter was so dark and insane and wai~! God the anime is so horrid in comparison. Kinda reminds me of the Trinity Blood anime too. Its like all my favorite mangas never go well in anime form. >>;

But I'm going to go crazy waiting until May 18th for the next chapter. T_T

Ok, I'm having some serious debating here on the accessories I need for Ciel.

So there's his two rings and the little pin thing. I was totally for the idea of making the pin originally until I saw how detailed it is and so I know mine will look pretty lame. Found the cheap ring from Micheal's a few people suggested and that can work for the blue one. But I still need the gold one and once again not sure if I'd be able to get the detail if I made it.

I looked on ebay. All items are available but I'd be spending about $20 total on them and to be honest I'm not sure if any of the items are legit as they're all from China and just not sure if I want to spend that much on items that could be rather cheaply made.

Here are the ones I've been looking at:

The question is whether I should just go and buy them or try to make them with the knowledge that they won't have the details on them. What do you all think?

Meanwhile I've been battling all over ebay to try to get myself a top hat but I keep losing auctions. x_x; I want a real nice one but so do a lot of people it seems as I keep getting outbid. Gah!

Tales of the Abyss 1-5 - Yay! I really love the anime so far. ^^ And so glad it sticks to the game almost exactly. o_o And I lol every time Asch shows up and they hide his face even though they show it in the opening. XP Also happy they kept the full karma OP but it does seem really long for an anime and the "preview" thingy is a bit annoying.

Kuroshitsuji 1-2 - Totally love it! But then again I knew I would. XP Sebastian is amazing and Ciel is totally a mini-Cain. XP Looking forward to more and must resist the temptation to dress certain dolls up like certain characters. >>;; *cough*

Junjou Romantica 2 1-2 - Yay! I am sooo happy they got a 2nd season. ^_^ Episode 1 totally killed me with cuteness~ This series always works to make me happy.

And I still need to watch Casshern Sins (though the choice in animation style makes me nervous) and Vampire Knight Guilty (just to see if it continues to follow the manga or goes another route, I'm curious to see). But I still need to finish up the other series I've been watching (Gurren Lagaan, Saiunkoku, Zombie Loan, etc) not to mention I'm really behind in my manga series now. x_x;

And on the yaoi front, Pico x Chico x Coco came out and I love it. XP Yes I must admit I like the Pico series even if I'm not usually a fan of shota. *cough* And there's going to be a 2nd episode to Kireipapa (omgyes!) which makes me die of so much happiness. And I also believe the 2nd episode of Ikoku Irokoi Romanatan comes out soon...oh wait, it IS out already (just looked it up after typing that) its just not subbed yet.

And if my laptop turns off one more time during this entry...(thank god for auto-save) I'm going to freaking go insane. *twitch*

Now I go to bed because I work early and all. I think I'm starting to get used to this schedule though so that's good.

And after AUSA, I actually really wanted to do the Halloween Tsubasa group but...like everyone I know who is doing it is too far away for me to join. So uh...anyone who is kinda closer to me want to try to do it? ;_;

I especially want to poke Alyce about it but I know she's been busy lately and all. I want to make Fai's but I'm willing to even give him up if someone else wants to do him and do R!Syaoran instead. I just really want to do this and have actual fun on Halloween this time as I haven't really been able to enjoy it much lately so if anyone wants to hang out with me or kidnap me, that would be amazing as otherwise I'll be sitting here doing absolutely nothing.
