week of epic-ness
Jun. 21st, 2007 08:51 pmWell, Magenta's heading back to NYC now. She actually left my house on Tuesday to go to Ling's but then I ended up going with them and staying til Wednesday night. But yeah, she's gone now and the house is very quiet and I'm lonely already. Tends to happen when you have a person over for like a week and such. ^^;
Hanging at Ling's house was awesome though. She showed us a gazillion and one BL game openings that were all so cool. *_* Though the thought of trying to download any of them makes me wince considering how much space they always end up taking up. But at least I got to see more of Togainu no Chi as I most likely will be cosplaying that with Ling and Magenta and whoever else is in that group.
We also had some pretty intense sessions of Wii Sports including a very epic game of baseball with all the Miis we created. Apparantly Dashwood is really good at baseball. XP Originally he was a Mii we named ShadyGuy but then realized we could turn him into Dashwood really easily. I swear that system is worth getting just for that default game.
Anyways, lots of pictures that I have to get to putting up and all from the week. Mostly doll pictures, some of which have already been posted over at![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
fallen_arcadia *pimps LJ yet again*. And then I'm gradually putting up some of the Gankutsuou photoshoot pics in my cosplay.com gallery. Will make a post with those once I have a few more on there.
So now I have to go back to facing reality and get my ass in gear as far as cosplay goes. Bleh. I somehow managed to end up having only like 2-3 weeks total to make my Otakon stuff in when I was supposed to give like a month time for each costume. ^^;; Oops. Though mostly its just the prop stuff that I'm having a hard time figuring out. Like Kanda's sword and a certain somebody's scythe.
