rose_of_painProgress as of this morning:
The front, which is kinda boring at the moment.
The back, slightly more exciting. Though of course, as I expected, you can't see any of the seams in photos and I spent a lot of time figuring out the pattern in order to get all the correct seams. lol Oh well, at least they'll be there.
Capelet embroidery
Exhibit A: a little peak of the pants (which have been done for a while now)
Exhibit B: the beginning of the "skirt" piece (which is done now, finished after these photos were taken)
Exhibit C: the shirt (which is pretty much done, just needs the buttons put on)
And I'm now working on the "collar" thingy that goes on top of the capelet. Then gotta put all the embroidery on that piece. Make the cuffs and finish the sleeves. Put the buttons on the jacket. ...then make all the bling. @_@;
Though I think this weekend I have to force myself to take a break from it and work on some of the other stuff for a bit. At least get it ready so I can work on that after work each night. Going to be hard as I want to work on this non-stop. >>;;
