(no subject)

This laptop has had a faulty port for the cable for the adaptor. So far I've been able to live with it though 'cause I just fool with it until it stays on AC power in a certain position.

Its getting worse every day. Right now I can't get it to stay on AC power for more than a few seconds at a time. This is not good. If this keeps up, my laptop will be completely worthless in only a few hours.

I need a fucking new laptop but I won't be going home to get this thing all fixed until Thanksgiving. Which means I could be without a computer for almost an entire month. I am not happy.

And to add to the mix, its raining outside and I'm still wet and cold.

Annnnd, it looks like I'm going to miss like around half of Nekocon even though I already paid for the full weekend. Not Stasia's fault. No, I'm blaming it on the original people who let me down.

I'm really pissed at a lot of people right now. You can even say I'm pissed at the whole freaking world right about now. I was really looking forward to this weekend and it looks like its going to totally blow in the end.

Just dandy.

Ok, the laptop is dead right now. >_>; Dad's going to call the Compaq people and find out if we get a new one or if there's a way to fix it or something.

But my friends here are uber nice and have allowed me to use their computers whenever needed. Taking a little break from studying right now in Lindsey's room to write this up. So at least I'll still have a way to write reports and such and talk to anyone if I need.

I'm sorry about freaking out earlier as I apparantly sounded really...uh...spoiled? in my complaints. I'm sorry. I tend to overreact when something bad happens. But things are going good and Stasia's wonderful manager gave her tomorrow off. No idea what time we'll get there but I was already originally planning on not being there til late Friday night with my original ride anyways.

So things are okay after all. Though I'm still worried about my laptop but I'm going to try to just relax this weekend and not worry about it. ^^; In the mean time, its time to go back to studying for my mid-term. Heh, at least I won't be distracted as easily anymore...heh heh.....heh. XP
