a little progress

Well, considering I had only planned to cut out pieces and fool with the machine today, I gotta say this was quite a bit of unexpected progress.



Viola! My first attempt at embroidery work beyond straight lines! This is the top of one of the sleeves. Took me quite a while but I think now that I've got the hang of it, it might go faster for the next few. At least I hope. ^^;; And Mom found more of the trim I need so yays!

This costume is going to eat me alive. x_x

Heavens, by machine! XP Can't imagine doing it by hand. But not doing it with an embroidery machine or anything. Just the zigzag sticth.
