So here's a question to all of those who have already seen the movie...

I am planning to go see Watchmen tomorrow with my Dad since I was unable to find any of my friends available to see it this weekend with me.

But after hearing about all the sex and nudity in it...I'm a bit worried it may be a bit of an awkward movie to see with him. Granted we've both read the graphic novel so its not like it'd be anything surprising but like...that stuff is so awkward when you're with a parent.

So advice on whether you think I should reconsider guys? XP

Edit: Nevermind! Problem solved. Finally got a hold of Gabi and she's totally up for seeing it tomorrow. Whoo~

Um, yeah, it might be a bit awkward. There is a really graphic and somewhat lengthy sex scene (which is also hilarious because of the background music, but still graphic) that a lot of people are calling borderline or soft-core porn lol. Also, lots and lots of penises LOL. I dunno how your dad would react to those things, but I know with mine it'd be UBER awkward, so I'm waiting to show the movie to him until its on dvd >_>

haha, yeah that sounds like it wouldn't even just be awkward with him but awkward for me in general. >>;; Blah. I'll have to think about this. I do want to see it though. T_T But I really dislike graphic sex scenes and nudity in movies. It makes me feel kinda ill. Boo.

Awww if only I lived closer! I've already seen it one and a half times, but I'd go again XD The movie is freaking amazing, if you can get past the nudity (which I think you could...maybe not with your dad there though >_>).
