Yeah, I don't think anyone did until he gave that announcement, which was just put out not that long ago so don't worry, you're not that out of the loop. This is pretty new news for us all.
Yup, it is indeed~ I actually ordered it online from the same store he bought his from, which is this very strange shop in CA called uh...crap...name will come to me eventually I swear. ^^; But I got it like 8 years ago so not sure if they still seal them or not. I know they used to sell them off some of the J-Rock merchandise sites too but it was cheaper through the original store. Mine was only $5 though it was my ex-gf that was the one that actually got it for me so I'm not too sure on the details of how she got it.
