rose_of_painWell, luckily it turns out that they're going to try to push back the Masquerade to a later time than it usually is.
And I feel bad for being so mad at the con staff people when it really wasn't their fault as its the arena's decision for that time.
So, yes, I'm going to attempt both concert and the skit. Might have to leave the concert early but thats fine with me. Seeing at least one song will make me happy.
Now, some stuff that only concerns people in my skit. Oh! And even though I know at this point, its pretty pointless trying to find anyone else...but...we are still looking for anyone going to the con that might be interested in being either Katan or Raphael. You don't have to be in the skit though a Raph might help for the skit part with Michael.
As of right now, we have 8 total people:
Me - Rosiel
Emma - Alexiel
Ling - Katou
Mimi - Setsuna
Ryna - Sara
Michael - Dani
Gavin (Emma's bf) - Kira
Ling's friend - Arakune
Though I'm not 100% sure on the Arakune as Ling just told me that she's pretty positive we have one but that doesn't mean we will have one definently.
And yes, still looking for a Raph or Katan but right now I'm going to assume that we won't be able to find people for that. And though we originally almost had a Kurai, I think she's too busy to be able to pull off another costume at this point so I'm not going to bother her about it. Plus, we only need one demon and we have one. Arakune's part is kinda small right now as it is.
Alright, so, Ling, Mimi, and I are going to do all the script writing and pre-recording for it. All everyone else has to do is make the costume and show up at the con. We'll have a meeting some time Friday night to explain and show everyone what they have to do and practice it a few times. It won't be anything hard though and no one has to worry about any lines. (If anyone is curios, Katou is going to be our "narrator" XP) One of us will have a some type of CD player and we'll use that so everyone can hear it and practice with it. Don't know where we're going to meet yet but probably in someone's hotel room or a space in a hotel thats open for us to use. I'll probably be looking for a good place Thursday night and let everyone know on Friday. Or just have everyone meet up some place at the con at a certain time and travel to whatever destination we decide on.
I will need everyone's full name soon so I can put it all on the pre-registration thing to make sure we get a spot. And once you're name is on there, you had better show up for it or else I will sic' my loyal Nazi-angel agents on you! XP So make sure that you really are going to be in the skit, no matter what, at the point you give me your name.
Unfortunantly, on Saturday morning, the check-in time is 9am to 9:30am. No one has to come in costume or anything but I think we all have to go to that. I'm going to check on that 'cause otherwise I'll just go to it since I'm fine with waking up that early. But I believe we have to hand in our form-thingies then. (And don't forget about those! Especially since only 2 of us are 18+ so the rest of you have to get a parent signature before you go to the con!) So, please do plan to show up for that right now. Like I said, I'll go find out for us if you all need to be there or not and if I'm allowed to turn in your forms for you but I'm assuming you have to be there right now.
Hmm...and thats all I can think of to address right now. Even though I know I've already talked to most of you guys about this online, just wanted to get a chance to write it all down in one place so we can all keep track of what needs to be done. ^^; Because I have this little need to be all organized about it or else it'll drive me bonkers.
So, yeah, I'm in a much better mood now. So, I shall go back to watching Naruto and Chrno Crusade.
