I hate days like these

Meh. Totally planned to actually get stuff done today. Really did. Then woke up feeling like shit and voted for laying on the couch most of the day instead. Nyar. Hope I feel better tomorrow so I can go out and get applications and whatnot. Bleh. Well, if I can't find anything, guess I'll just take cosplay and doll clothing comissions up the wazoo. ^^;
Yesterday was Ian's funeral. The service was short but to the point and nice. I actually didn't cry at all. Because they made a point that the day was for celebrating his life, not his death. And as Tylor (was one of Ian's daily helpers and lived in the suite next door to us) put it "I doubt even his own death would phase him much." So we all kinda know Ian wouldn't want us being sad. He lived his life the best he could, never even talking about his disease, just enjoying life to the fullest. Was quite a guy to admire.
Andrew and Hamilton were there so I sat with them and during the reception we talked about our memories with Ian. The X-Men: The Animated Series (the original) marathon we had when Ian bought a bunch of bootlegged DVDs of them off ebay. XP And how we all hummed the theme song each time it came on like a bunch of super dorks. And also watching the old Transformers movie and then we remembered that Ian was so looking forward to the new movie...*sigh* If only it had come out sooner.
I also totally missed pretty much the entire episode of America's Top Next Model last night. x_x Like, I totally set myself up to watch it and everything, then went to look on DOA while I waited for it to be time...and then next thing I know I look at the clock and its 8:54 x_x; So I only saw the last judging. ^^;; Hopefully will catch the re-run as I really want to know why those decisions were made. O_o; Well, at least Renee didn't win. Hated her. XP But still not happy with the result. Though then again, all the models I liked were gone already so I didn't have much to root for. But I actually got kinda fond of Natasha even though I didn't like her at all in the begining.
