first girl cosplay?

Well you know sometimes things change. I never really said I would only do boy cosplays. I actually had a number of girl cosplays planned in the beginning but just never did them for various reasons. So its not like I'm fully against the idea of cosplaying a girl. So hell, why not?

After watching certain episodes of Gundam 00 several times over, realized I didn't hate a female character quite as much as I thought. And hell she has pretty hair and I just happen to have a wig that works for her...

...Actually it's my Seiran wig. But after Ren finished styling it, she pointed out how much it looked like Anew. XP Can't quite tell because I couldn't get good lighting on it but it really is very close to her color. lol

I know, I don't think anyone actually fell for that. I debated whether to actually try as I know I fail at April Fool's jokes but then I was like "hell, why not, it should make people laugh at least". And I know Ginny already mentioned not doing an Anew related April Fool's joke which made me realize that there probably is no way she would fall for this one and she was my main target. XP

But I didn't lie about the whole girl cosplay thing. I've never actually stated that I would never do one. I only started doing boy only cosplays just because I couldn't find any females that I liked enough that had an outfit I was actually willing to wear. As the girls I do like usually have something too skimpy or wear skirts/dresses and I refuse to wear those as I just can't stand wearing them. Its an issue of comfort. So if I ever did do a girl cosplay, it'd probably be one of my crossdressing heroines and I'd still bind as it would be odd not to bind at this point. lol But who knows if that will ever happen. XP

ROFLMAO!!! WHAT IS IT WITH PEOPLE AND ANEW APRIL FOOLS JOKES! The real reason I didn't do it is someone on my f-list seems to be doing the same thing, only with saying they love Anew/Lyle now. I THINK she is just joking even though she claims she's not...but...yeah, in case she isn't, I didn't want to make her think I actually did like it.

You actually did have me there for a second =P I had already started to facepalm and formulate the "I still love you despite this, Lyn" response

I actually really like that wig, and I AM going to do Anew at some point to go with Revive for pictures. But yeah, I am relieved that she is not going to be the girl you're doing XD She's pretty but there's so many more kick ass ones out there.
