Well there's a Saiunkoku contest up on ACP now that ends on Monday. And I have a Saiunkoku costume but no photos of it yet. Kinda sad considering if the contest was only like a week or two later I may have photos with Alyce by then.

But as it is, I'm stuck here with no one to take photos of it. So I don't know, any odd chance any of you close ish to me would be able to take some quick photos this week? Unfortunately I'm going to be gone this weekend (not for NYAF) so I know it kinda makes it...close to impossible. See I thought I was going to be able to meet up with someone sometime this month to do so but...it didn't work out.

Though I'm not quite sure why I want to enter when I know I won't win. ^^;; I dunno, I kinda just want to wear this damn thing already, I guess.

Edit: My friend Stephanie volunteered, bless her heart. So yay at least some photos for the mean time.

I can't if I don't have any photos though, lol. I guess if it comes down to it I'll ask the parents...but lord almighty they take the worst photos in the world. Like. Seriously. x_x

*sigh* I am so upset we havent worn these cotumes together yet!! It is seriously criminal! And the terrible thing is my boss at the farm thinking she was being nice wanted to help me make up the several days I had to call in sick this past week/weekend so now I am working 18 days in a row. yes 18. I dont have a day off until October 10th! And I have to go to a wedding that weekend!

I know this doesn't help with the contest, but do you want to like move in to the brittany/alyce/tom house of crazy chu-ness for the week before Halloween? we could hopefully do saiunkoku goodness and you could help out with getting ready for the party. Just a thought and it would make up for the fact I wont get to see you at anime usa.

And here's the other part of the frustration...because I swear if one of us has free time, the other doesn't. T_T

I may be working then. Pfft. But as we all know with my theater job, there's always a chance that suddenly I won't be. x_x And I won't probably know until a few days before. As I'm supposed to be working Oct 15-Nov 14 this time around but I'm being "...hn" about that to start with since the last few times it ended up being a lot less than she said.

But yeah...T_T I guess I can only just say that we shall see what happens. 'Cause there's always a chance I won't be needed the days before Halloween and I could come at least a little early. I still want to try to come for that weekend for a little bit if I can.

What is with this though? Why is the world against us? lol For a while I was thinking "oh well maybe we could wear them to Katsu if nothing else if it gets that bad with our timing" but...I think I might fall over and die if I try to bring any more costumes to that con. lol
